Villa Manodori Artigianale Balsamic Vinegar Aceto Balsamico
I love this balsamic vinegar. I use it on salad (sparingly after my regular dressing of Greek extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar). It's great drizzled on tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Use it also to dip bread into it. It was recommended to me years ago by butcher shop. It's expensive but they said the quality compares to other more expensive balsamic vinegars. Liquid gold. Try some and enjoy it!
