    AAAA++++ SELLER!!!! Book was shipped very quickly and item price was also good. My only complaint is the shipping packaging. This book came loosely placed in a plastic bag so I can't tell if the damage to the dust jacket happened in shipping or it was already in that condition. But, as I already stated, the overall price was good so I shouldn't really complain. Overall, I've had positive experience with hpb-ruby so I'd still definitely recommend buying from them.

    This book will scare you because it could happen

    The author is a ex military officer. He put into a story of what is commonly known knowledge. Reading this story you will envision your family starving, eating your family pets, possibly freezing to death, being attacked by marauders that want to take what you have and rape you and then kill you. The list goes on. This book has provoked many families into becoming survivalists, preppers, self sufficient, homesteaders etc. You will want to prepare for emergencies after reading this book. Why? Because it could happen and the government has done nothing to prepare for it. They have no plan to save you or your family. If you don't prepare for your family then who will?

    Great eye opener if you read it.

    Terrific story that will really get you to thinking about what could and very possibly will happen some day. It's NOT a domesday novel, just a great read where you will learn a lot about life's hard decisions. Happy reading. And when you are finished there is a sequel.

    One Second After

    Thought provoking book about how dependent and vulnerable our society has become on electricity, transportation, medicine, technology, bountiful food and the government to provide and protect. And, how quick and difficult our lives would become if those things were suddenly unavailable to us. Interesting, plausible story about the effects of this disaster on a normal, everyday American family and the small community where they live.

    FANTASTIC book about post-EMP America (Fiction but could really happen!)

    This fictional scenario could possibly happen on any given day in America. It prepares you to think about what needs to happen immediately after an EMP. It should be required reading for every American.

    Prepper or not you will love this story

    One Second After the EMP attack is one second too late to prepare. Great read, and gives you something to think about whether or not you are a prepped.
