You will need a band or something similar for most of these segments.
These 10 minute exercise segments all involve the use of a band, which did not come with the dvd. However, I have light hand weights and a resistance cord which substituted well. Some of these exercises did just fine without a band, too. The vender was great, dvd came very quickly and in good shape.

Excellent video!
Used this vid when it first came out! I have recently gotten back into Pilates, and this workout with the band intensifies the workout! Pilates flattens and tones my core area better than any workout out there in a much more pleasant way, also in faster time!

I use this classic Pilates for 15 years . women's ask me what I do to stay in shape and love to recommend . This time I got the DVD for my daughter.

Great workout!
Dvd and band in good shape. Great workout. The band really helps maintain good form in addition to adding resistance and assisting with stretches. Suzanne bowen is great.

Not as good as other 10 minute solution workouts
On a scale of 1-5, I'd rate this workout a 3 in the challenging dept. Not terrible but not great.
