some good, some bad
The dealer is great, no problem with him. Remington is inconsistent with the quality of the replacement head and cutter. You replace the head every few months, sometimes the replacement is good, giving a close shave without any cuts. Some times the replacement head doesn't cut clean, pulling on whiskers, cuts that bleed around the lips. Over all I recommend the shaver, just be aware it may have good shaves or it may have bad shaves and cuts. I think the next time I need to change the head and cutter, I'll try a different brand of shaver.

Remington replacement blade
It was not the entire head, just the blades, so It's just what I needed, although it did include the foils which I was able to swap out with my old ones, so that's a bonus. Since it was offered as an incomplete item, I saved some money and still got what I needed.

Not much better cutting than the ones they replaced.
The divider between the 2 screens feels rough,hurts to shave at least a few times each shave. Feels like dragging sandpaper across the sensitive areas mainly between my nose and upper lip. Feels as if it's pulling my beard instead of cutting it.

Quick shipment and excatly what I needed
My husband loves this shaver and I am glad I was able to get the replacement parts without going and buying a whole new razor. It was shipped quickly. It has been perfect and I will buy from them again.

Makes a big difference in your shave!
Replacing your cutting head can make all the difference in the quality of your shave. I typically replace my cutting head 2 times per year!

shaves just like the new razor. Heads do wear out & must be replaced. Just like a new razor.
Exact replacement of original shaver head. Excellent shave.
