    One of the Best Cookbooks for New Cooks!

    When I first came across this cookbook some years ago, I was impressed with not just the great selection of recipes, but the basic details that they cover in each section. It is frustrating for new cooks when the cookbooks that they are using assume that they know the basics...and they don't. When each of my kids have left home, I buy them this book and am assured that if there are any holes in their basic cooking education, that this will help them to overcome them successfully!
