Tamiya 1/35 scale Universal Carrier
Well moulded soft plastic model made by Tamiya in 1/35 scale. It has been updated over the years with new figure sprues but model remains the same as when it was first cast in 1976. Now uses green plastic rather than the desert sand of the original 1976 model. I actually obtained the model to convert to another carrier type used by the BEF in 1940. Bren gun carrier
Purchased this for my grandson, to show him what his great-grandfather fought in during WW2. It's a pity that the decals supplied weren't of the 11th armoured division of which my father's unit was part of. Some parts are a bit fiddly , but instructions are easy to follow. the old soldiers transport
I bought the kit as my old mates said that it was a good thing for them . The kit was too hard to get it togerther ,as it was difficult to see , as the plastic was all black. The tracks were put together using a cocktail stick !! Old age , is my excuse .Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

as an early Tamiya kit there has been many changes . but this kit a bit more challenging as i felt it needed turning front and rear wheels so i made
