    Worked Perfectly!

    I purchased the radio for a cousin. Her Ford Focus radio had died and she loves a radio. I got the radio and had to remove 2 Torx screws to remove the faceplate then disconnect one cable. Next came 2 Torx screws holding the radio in place and then disconnect 3 cables and connect them to the refurbished radio then reinstall the 2 Torx screws. After that connect the cable to the faceplate and reinstall the 2 Torx screws for it and done. Turn on the radio and the first time she has had music in her car since December. Easy to remove the old radio and install the refurbished radio. Works perfectly and a great price plus I had a UPS label to return the old radio and got $20 back and a 1 year warranty. Great deal!!

    Fair Deal: Good Deal

    We were looking for a replacement radio for our 2014 Ford Focus. Those radios, from what I had read, are prone to fail after awhile. The refurbishing market seemed small, but I found Roberts after many searches. The part was the exact model we needed. The guys even bought our old unit so they could refurbish it and resell. We came out with a good deal, and hopefully so did they.

    Good enough

    I ordered a bought what was advertised as a CM5T-19C107-HG Ford Focus radio. I received a CM5T-19C107-HA. Although very similar, the connections at the back accepted the factory connectors but were at a different location on the radio. There was enough slack in the harness to accomodate this. Once hooked up, the programming in the radio (Audio Control Module) was different than the factory radio and would not allow the as built programming. After all this the radio does work and provides the basic functions. The text messaging, notifications and phone interfacing does not work as it should but that is a first world problem I suppose. The radio, bluetooth audio and media selection options all work as they should.

    Best Deal

    My stock radio died, and I didn't want a aftermarket radio. So the dealer priced a replacement and said they had to program it also, for only $550.00. These guys saved me a ton of cash on the radio and it took me 10 minutes to replace it. Plug and play no programming needed.
