A more gentle interpretation with emphasis on character rather than action
This is a much more gentle interpretation of the C. S Lewis series. The special effects are more like old Dr Who episodes rather than modern CGI. Think of it as a play rather than a modern film (which tend to have very short camera shots with lots of action and loud music). My 9 year old daughter loved the emphasis on character. Recommended for thoughtful and sensitive children (as well as slightly nostalgic adults).

Chronicles of Narnia
Purchased this box set for my 4 year old grandson (As we had seen all the films previously). The quality of the recording was so poor that my grandson lost interest after 10 minutes.
