I was skeptical, but it works.
I have gone through a plethora of sleep aids. Over the counter, natural and prescription. This spray is good by itself for those nights with mild/moderate insomnia and a great addition to add that extra kick to even prescription pills (on those really rough nights). I can also use this if I wake up with only a couple hours left before I need to get up (when you don't dare take a prescription pill because there isn't enough time for it to wear off). This is enough to get me back to sleep without any residual grogginess. I also LOVE the fact that it is natural.

Natural Sleep Aid from flowers
Having trouble sleeping, try this product it's excellent and not habit forming. I've used it for years when I wake up in the middle of the night and I can't go back to sleep.
