    Well, this has been quite a journey. I ordered this 27” iMac and it arrived with expert packaging. However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.

    Loving the used Imac

    Today it is hard to find a user friendly computer system. So many are feature ridden that the system collapses on its self. I have alway loved Mac because of the consistency in features provided. The A1224 (also lovingly known as My Silver Apple) runs El-captain flawlessly. I boosted the max to max capacity, and use it for basic tasks. I love this computer as it always powers up, never hesitates, and never leave me left in the dark. Apples fully automated OS crash response has been invaluable to me, as I never truly need to take it into the shop. (it has also only crashed one time to be clear) The only reason I did not give this a five star review, is its age.

    Very Satisfied

    The iMac arrived in just a couple of days and was well-packaged. No issues at all in terms of wear - keyboard and mouse work great and the iMac seems to be in perfect physical shape. It came with just 1 GB RAM, so was very slow initially, but I upgraded it to the maximum 8GB RAM for just $50 more and now it runs lightening fast for all the things I need it to do (principally using cloud-based applications like Salesforce and some desktop operations). Very happy customer.

    Very nice, but...

    It is a good item for price. Being mid-2009, prevent it to be upgraded to high Sierra ( which is a quite disappointing thing). The reason I gave 4 stars, is that the package arrived with some tears and damage. However, the item itself is fine. Even the RAM is 5 GB not 1, which is great, except for a small stain at the front of the front frame.

    Amazing.

    So, I was a little sceptical about buying a referb imac, but I must say I recieved my item today and it works flawlessly and looks almost brand new! Definitely recommend! Also came with a brand new Ihome keyboard and mouse!
