Later, as package seemed to be taking a while and no progress I asked seller why, and again they gave me a reply, which turned out to be correct, as parcel arrived today. I wanted to say all of that because I feel that as seller is obviously very busy, they still had time to help me, on what was a low cost item, such kindness and attention to their customer. The item is lovely, I am super pleased with the cube, Thank you :))

He said he would send a returns label....but that hasn't happened. I know it's only £2 + but it's the principle that matters.

This was due to the inadequate packaging as there was no protection for the glasses. The bubble wrap was inadequate. However, I managed to get the lens back into the frame thus making the glasses usable. Furthermore considering the cost of the glasses I cannot give negative feedback but would advice the seller to consider using a better packaging system.
