Our son will love this Mallard
We bought this Mallard Steam locomotive for our sons 5th birthday for his current train set. He will love it. Great attention to detail. The model is beautiful and goes like, well, like Mallard did back in the day! Smooth and fast. Highly recommended.

Choo Choo!
Well made as you'd expect from Hornby . Fully working model, perfect for the railway enthusiast. Good colour as the real engine it's modelled on. Came really quickly and was well packed. Excellent, would recommend.

Great fun but parts are loose!
A Hornby train is a hornby train - they really are good fun but this product itself seemed to have quite a few loose parts - e.g. Couplings continually coming off if not being handled gently. But it does run like a dream otherwise.

Great model easy repair
