Veggie Delight !!!!
Like most recipe books now it's biased towards Veggies. I am from a generation of carnivores and found it disappointing. If this is what Type 2 is all about then there's little hope for me. Having said that it is amazingly put together by these two best mates, and if followed to the letter superb results can be achieved. I have just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and found out that I might be able to beat it with a diet so went online to see what would be a good recipe book to start with and found the hairy bikers beat type 2 diabetes cook book I like it as it is easy to read and to use the recipes are easy to do not long winded and they also don’t break the bank I would have no problems of giving this cookbook a mark of 10/10 ratingBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Lovely book, could have been better.
I really like the book and recipes. The only negative point is that although it gives calories for each meal, being a book for people suffering with diabetes I personally would have liked a carbohydrates count for each recipe too. Check with Doctor what you require
