They used some weird shipping service I never heard of and they left it on the ground in front of a business on a very busy road after hours at 10:00. I did not even get a notification until 2 hours after it was dropped off. The package was gone when I got here. but delivered by one of my customers who happened to drive by and saw it sitting out.

All working well…received it two days after I ordered it ….looks and packaged as new….only concern is that the Bose name was curiously sanded off the Amplifier ….so is/was a bit concerning … The value/price was very good and did appear brand new as described….
