Classic ghost stories bunched together
Campfire spooky stories of the past. Not only does it have lots of great scary and funny short tales but it also tells the whole story with the same beginning and end as if on a loop. Is it real or a dream? One of the most memorable and you could say what started the old alive puppet thing (such as Chucky) is the last story with Redgrave. British at it's best
Watching this good old classic took me back to when I first saw it at the Empire picture house in the good old 1950s. Each gripping story had me at the edge of my seat, as it did all those years ago; especially Sir Michael Redgrave in the ventriloquist dummy story. This old classic will never date. A different ‘supernatural’ film.
Although it’s an ‘old’ film this is one that really grips with a different storyline. Not to give too much away the main character (an estate agent) goes to value a house prior to selling but realises he has been there before and knows all the people there. It then goes into the individual stories of these people and the supernatural events that has happened to them. Was it all a dream? Ealing classic dvd
