After purchase it was canceled, reason given was, No longer available or broken. I asked why my purchase had been cancelled. Only Response was “So sorry, but the shell was broken”. I asked for pictures of the damage. I didn’t see any damage in the photos in the listing or no damage mentioned. I though we could work something out, so frustrating!

Some how the purse arrived unscathed. The pictures of the purse doesn't do it justice. It far exceeds the description. It's beautiful and certainly worth what I paid and the seller is fantastic. I am beyond pleased with this transaction and seller.
