I reached out to the seller multiple times, all I got from him was excuses and I could barely understand anything he wrote because apparently he's in Russia. He emailed me a picture of a customs form and said I had to mail it back to Russia to get a refund. I told him thats not how returns are handled and I haven't heard back from him since. The shipping address definitely wasn't Russian.

For the price paid, it is an excellent value, and the quality is also excellent. Recommend this seller. Please note that if you are in a racehorse hurry, this will take 10 days as it comes from the factory in China. But it was worth the wait. Thanks to the seller, am saving them for future purchases.
