Before the clamp was sent out, the seller contacted me to say that the unit was used but in good shape and if I still wanted it, they would send it out. I still wanted the item and appreciated the honesty. It arrived within a few days and it works perfect. It is in very good shape and was able to read amps for a/c repair.
