I packaged the item with styrofoam to protect the piece more. This item was difficult to ship at 17" tall. You even tried to bribe me for another piece of Murano (the fish) worth a considerable amount of money. I'm sorry I was completely out of the country for 6 days and could not even answer a text. This customer said she would leave me a good review if I sold her the fish for $20.00 (worth at least $100.00). I deserve this negative review!
