My experience was dampened by the fact that it took 16 days from the day I ordered it to receive it. It was for a birthday gift and I had allowed reasonable time to get the item. It was shipped 4 days after I ordered it and I did not hear anything from the seller that it would be shipped late and the box not prepared well. The item itself was as described however, so if you don’t mind waiting for an item, and it isn’t something fragile, it wouldn’t be a great concern.

The item was shipped within eBay's required shipping time. They give the seller a "ship by" date. Most of my items do ship a lot faster (1 business day, sometimes 2). The box it was shipped in is commonly called a "frakenstein box" used when there's an awkward sized item such as an oversized Lego set. It's a box cut to a different size to fit the item that does not use a more common box size. Sound like the item arrived in perfect condition. Fragile Items are shipped accordingly with utmost care

Nostalgic Experience
Satisifaction from a purchases is I imagine everyone desires and I can happily say that I'm very satisfied. Purchasing this product has made me want to get more box and manuals with the game. The box makes a great little display on my shelf to look at, the DKC boxart has always been the best. The manual was fun to read through, Rare Ware had some good writers working on it. Receiving the box was pretty nostalgic, felt like buying a SNES game minus the minor scuff on the box. Donkey Kong Country is probably the best SNES game and I've already beaten it. This was a great time for its time and had great graphics, but compared to modern games the graphics are not nearly as good. Modern machines that play this game like the Retron 5, and older SNES machines will show you how fun the game play is though. The Stamper brothers expressed an interest to create a standalone Donkey Kong game, and assembled a team of 12 to work on the game over an 18-month development cycle. Donkey Kong Country is the first Donkey Kong game that was not produced or directed by Shigeru Miyamoto, the character's original creator. It was directed by Tim Stamper instead, although Miyamoto was still involved with the project. Following an intense marketing campaign, Donkey Kong Country received critical acclaim and more than nine million copies were sold worldwide, making it the second-best-selling SNES game.

Highly addictive. This game was my favorite growing up and essential for any SNES game collection. Valued around $20, don't pay anymore for a used cartridge!
