Packaging was good, as the puck was in a display case, although sadly the jiffy bag didn't protect the display case which arrived cracked. As the puck is going on the wall, that didn't bother me, but Royal Mail might benefit from a "fragile" sticker, of you are hoping for a plastic case to display this. The puck, however, is marvelous! It's exactly as described, and I am thrilled with this. The seller posted it very, very quickly and Comms were spot on. Overall, A+
