Of Course, Needs Updating, But Will Not
This is great if you just want to take pictures, videos, watch movies (off of storage-not internet) and other things NOT using the internet. If you use the internet, you will NOT be able to "actually" connect to a website often times. The only "video" website I was able to get into was YouTube and it doesn't do like it is suppose to. When I say you will not be able to connect to some websites, I mean just about any "type" of website. You will be able to access the internet, but if you type something like "EBay" it will list EBay links, but once you click on a link, you will not be able to enter at times. The Tab will say "Couldn't Establish A Secure Connection." If you are successful at opening the link, you will have "limited" information shown on the screen "at times, not ALL of ... Amazon opened for me, but was funky looking (limited items displayed on screen). You will not be able to update your internet browser because the Tab's main software is outdated. The Tab's Software will no longer update to a newer version. You will have to do your own research on how to update the Samsung Galaxy Tab's main software OR take it to a computer store. Once updated, it should be the bomb (if it can even update)! I plan on taking it to a computer store, but it will depend on the cost (price) to see if it is even worth updating. I got my Tab around $40 or so, a great price. I couldn't connect to Tubitv, PBS, ABC and other video websites. Couldn't connect to "some" simple links like "Health benefits of cabbage" where a video isn't even needed, just text. When I clicked on a link it stated "There Was A Network Error." I clicked on another website's link and it opened up just fine. So in closing, using the internet will be hit and miss using this Tab's old-outdated software and other applications internet and non-internet related may not be able to update on an outdated Android Version. If you buy this Galaxy Tab, make sure the price is cheap. ***IMPORTANT*** Make sure a connecting/charging cable is included with a battery when you purchase (takes a "special" cable you just can't buy anywhere). If you just want to use it as a video player, music player, camera and other basic uses (using Tab's storage or SD Card), this would be great if you get it at a cheap. The main operating system or software version for this Tab is -----> Model Number GT-P3113 Android Version 4.2.2 Kernel Version 3.0.31-1978026. price.

Useful daily carry
I have found that the Tab 2 7.0 P-3113 is a useful daily carry device. I rooted and upgraded the Android OS from 4.2.2 to 6.0 and then added a 32 GB microSD card. The upgrade process was rather easy after researching the processes involved. Boosting the onboard storage from 8 GB to 40 GB with the microSd card makes the tablet very useful. I carry it primarily for taking notes and as a navigation aid (GPS) using Sygic offline navigation. Having the Belkin BT keyboard just makes the device even more useful when you don't want to use the touch screen typing feature.I have found that the Tab 2 7.0 P-3113 is a useful daily carry device. You get what you pay for. I often take risks with deals like this. Some pay off and others like this don't. Processor speed is similar to the old dial up internet if you get it to work. Mine quit taking a charge either after one time use or it may not have from the beginning. I told the company and they wouldn't even respond. Luckily it was a cheap lesson learned. Update 1-2-22, the tablet still hasn't functioned properly since I got it. I've got it to turn on at least after paying much more money in high quality chargers then this is worth just to find out that you can't click on anything without it needing a day and a half to load and then crashing. I had a Samsung tablet and I loved it until it was stolen. I bought this one and was able to connect to everything I had on the last one. It was also a GT-P113 8gb android . The only thing I was not aware of is that there is no USB keyboard port. Next time I will spend a little more and get one that does. For now, I will just have to stick to my stylis. The old fashion way. lol

Great little tablet !
This is my second Samsung 7inch tablet. Works great and is such a good size to tuck into my purse when I want to take it along with me. Screen is very clcear and it's very easy to use.
