It is as described with some confusion about the inseam - it was measured from the crotch of the pant instead of from the crotch of the person to the hem. 28” is perfect for me unless it begins halfway down my thigh. Plenty of fabric to hem to fit. Thankfully I used to be a seamstress. The jumpsuit was definitely worth the money and 30 minutes to hem is nothing.

The condition was as described. My only issue was the shipping cost of $9.25, which was almost the same as the dress. If I wanted to send it back, I would have paid almost twice as much as the dress cost. I wish there would be a lower-cost shipping option.
