Sonic Excellence
As always, the TELARC label provides sonic excellence, the engineering by Robert Friedrichis top notch, Tierney's voice control is stunning as always and her band simply cannot be surpassed in this genre. Diana Krall? Diana Schmall is my opinion in comparison to this foursome (plus guests). For those not initiated, you've really been missing out. For those in the know who don't have this CD, get it. You shouldn't be disappointed. Intimite, fun, serious, and all around musical perfectionism. Still not sure?
