Excellent!
The Copper Fit Elite knee Compression Sleeves are really good! They fit well, and keep my knees stable and stationary while performing leg squats and presses. I had a Meniscus tear a few years ago, and was able to rehab without the need for surgery, so I had to be careful about exercising intensity for a while. But now, I can go fully without any reluctancy, which is great because I do heavy exercises. I’ve Had many other knee sleeves, but they did not have a secure, comfortable fit. They Really Do Work
Having never used knee braces, I was unsure of whether they would help my arthritic knees. I purchased the Copper Fit based upon commercials I had seen on television. These braces are thick, comfortable, sturdy, and most important effective. It would work better if it stayed tight and didn't keep sliding down.
