Great book
I already have a copy of this book which I use a lot, in conversation with my sister in law she said she had made a sourdough starter but not sure how to proceed so I thought I would send her a cope of this book as the sourdough pages, like all the other recipes are very informative and easy to follow. Yes, a good book for beginners with some unusual and appealing recipes. Clear instructions. You can ‘hear’ P. Hollywoods voice in the writing.
