Great find!

Baby Boomer memories
If you grew up in the Sixties, all or most of these songs were in the background of both radio and television shows. Interesting how some songs were featured as MOR music, and maybe missed the Top Forty. Only the last song, Theme from Bonanza, seems like a "throw in" to complete this CD.
