I contacted the seller and informed him of the damage with pictures attached. He immediatelly responded back apoligizing and offering a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement. Receiving the replacement, I did a visual inspection, installed the item and found it in good working order. I appreciate the quick response and integrity of this seller and will use him again.

Messaged the seller about the mistake and they credited me back right away. Ended up finding the correct model bearings also offered from this seller and they shipped them out right away.
