The Hunter was a rip roaring success whilst Supermarine s Swift and Attacker not up to the roles for which they were designed during the early cold war era.
Developed from the beautiful Sea Hawk, the Hunter was an export success, equipped by disparate countries such as Switzerland, Chile, India and Lebanon.
