The boxes (outer and inner) were damaged but the bags inside seem to be fine. If you vacuum a glass item with no support on the other side of the glass, hand vacuum pump will break the glass. We found out .

I liked the rubber plugs that go in the vaccuum nozzle, but they're easy to break if you aren't careful. The only other thing here is I wish it hadn't come from Amazon... had I known this was a drop-ship, I wouldn't have purchased.
