Woodstock Was More Than A Concert
A time capsule in music, this CD version provides an overview of the original Woodstock happening. In spite of the rain, there is some great music here- Joan Baez, Jimmy Hendrix, the "Fish" Cheer, even some stage announcements. If your vinyl is worn-out, you need to replace it. Thankfully less muddy than Yasgur's farm, the CD sound quality is quite good. If you are of a younger generation, you can still appreciate the great music that was. Recommended.

Good price , But ...
The price and shipping was good , but in this day and age these artist and record labels need to remaster their music , they charge an arm and a leg for music thats over 50 years old get it remastered .

Bad sound quality
I have this on LP and the sound is so much better than this CD , some of the tracks such as Sly and the Family Stone and Santana are very muddled and almost sound mono. Don’t know why it wasn’t re mastered

This is music history live 3 days event worth back in the day with Hendrix ending it with his highlight Star spangled banger !!!! set with a little bit of love, music, peace & Happyness. ..😎🔊🎵♠♠♠

Our music camp was AT WOODSTOCK! WE SANG IN Carniege hall! i was a voice major! worked 1-12 at TUSD ( retired due to STROKE) LOVE TEACHING! Intesely dislike BOTH Principals! REALLY DISLIKED THE "Super" ON 12-09-. my ONLY BROTHER Woody passed in his sleep! i sang AVE Maria at their weddiing in 1996! I and 11 voices will BE RECORDINGS Let Go and LET GOD ,

Woodstock like never before on CD
It has all original recordings. It is now digitally remastered. It makes you feel like you're at the event in August 1969. You feel like part of the crowd.
