The wireless Jabra PRO 9450 Mono headband headset in black is designed to give you the option of moving around the office or working from your desk, and it provides crisp, clear sound quality. This Cisco wireless function in this sleek device enables you to move around the office and even walk up to 450 feet away from your home base without sacrificing call quality. This headset from Jabra is compatible with your desk phone, or softphone. With a desk phone, setup is easy; you just unplug the handset and plug the remote handset lifter headset cable into the auxiliary port of the phone. This automatically lifts the hook switch when you answer a call using the touch control on the headset. If you are connecting the set to compatible computer software for use as a softphone, a USB cable is used to connect the base of these Jabra headsets to the computer. Answer calls whether sitting comfortably in your chair or moving about for that cup of coffee. You can even pick up calls from your smartphone or softphone application, depending on how you set up the device to communicate with your phones. When you need DECT, or digital enhanced cordless telecommunications, headphones that work with your phones so you can get the job done, these headsets are accessories that perform well and meet your call center needs. These Cisco wireless Jabra headsets are designed to be comfortable enough to wear for your entire shift, and the long battery life lets you continue talking up to ten hours before recharging. Or, if you work flex shifts, you can charge this type of device between call sessions for convenience. Available in sleek black, the Jabra PRO 9450 offers a touch panel on both the base and the headset so that you can quickly and easily configure the phone technology the way you like it. You can also wear these Jabra headsets with the ear cup over either ear. These headsets have noise-cancelling and comfortable padding on the ear cups so that you can comfortably talk all day. These wireless, Bluetooth-compatible devices also have a swinging boom microphone. The advantage of the adjustable boom mouthpiece is that you can position the microphone close to your mouth. This close proximity of the mic to your mouth means ambient noise is canceled out for the person you are speaking to so that you can be clearly understood. Nice headset, but not great sound quality
I purchased the Jabra Pro 9450 after having it recommended to be my a friend. I wanted a wireless headset, and none of them I tried have sounded as good as my wired headsets. I think this is a well built unit (sturdy, well built, basic functions work as expected), but it doesn't give the same sound quality as my wired headset. One of the best Jabra products
I love the range. Right now it's probably considered outdated, since Jabra discontinued Jabra Pro line but it still works. Battery life is good but not great, especially if you plan to use it all day long and non-stop, but all things considered it's very good. The range is much further than any bluetooth technology out there. You can put the headset on and walk out to your yard and still maintain good audio connection. I have 2 Jabra Pro bases with headsets. One is attached to my work computer and the other to my personal and OBIHAI VOIP desk phone. Great headset, I recommend it for conference calls
This was a replacement of the same headset I already had. I like it enough to want to replace it after years of use. Great for long days of conference calls.
