    Underrated thriller

    Although Andrew Sarris wrote him off in his “ Less than Meets the Eye” chapter of his seminal book The American Cinema, Robert Wise was a very skilled director who could make any kind of a film including this one, one of his last, A virus thriller that you can certainly relate to today. I saw it in a theater when I was 10. It was rated G. I loved it then and still love it.
