Food for thought and enjoyable
This is a book that should be in every kitchen. Diana Henry makes the point she hates standing over a cooker when she has the option to chuck it in the oven and let it get on with the cooking. The recipes cover a wonderful range that in includes smart entertainment meals. Here's an example of a good meal Roast Sausages with Blackberry, Apple and Maple Syrup. Fabulous easy recipes

Lovely book to read as well as to use for recipes.

Just Brilliant
