Best sauce pan but expensive
The best cookware I have used, but expensive. The 4qt is good size pan and enough to cook for 2-4 people. I bought the CTX pan because it is one of the few stainless steel pans with ceramic non-stick coating. The lid with glass is good to check on the food and is said to be oven safe too. Best non-stick ever
Ceramic clad in stainless steel...use metal utensils with no issues. This is my second Scanpan CTX purchase, and I will continue to replace my current pots/pans as needed with CTX.
