As this is a small company they have to keep costs down so they can give the customer the best value for money so items take slightly longer to arrive. I would ask anyone to support such companies you get a better more personal service not like the big companies who are only faces behind screens. I will be purchasing more from this seller. - d***9 (771)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufI want to say a very big thank you to this seller, some weeks back I ordered a meat thermometer unfortunately through no fault of the seller but it came very badly damaged ( ROYAL MAIL !! ) I contacted the seller who came back to me saying how sorry they were and refunded me in full straight away after I'd sent photos of the item. I have just received me replacement from them and everything is great. Delivery by courier. I would definitely recommend this seller.

The seller was very apologetic and replaced them immediately, this time using Royal Mail. I will give 5/5 for dispatch time, because he did try. 5/5 for seller communication, because I needed to communicate this time, rather than it being by default, when I did not. They look OK and should be easy to use.
