Great Movie & Value
My Grandson LOVES this movie! It got here much faster than I thought it would and worked great in our new portable DVD player for the trip to take him home. I didn't even have to change DVD's. I just kept starting it over and listening to him sing to the songs. So cute! He's only 2 1/2 and makes up the words that he doesn't know. We giggled at him the whole way!

Granddaughter & I both love it
My 3-year-old granddaughter and I both love it. Moana is a strong heroine who wants to explore the world beyond her small island, and she accomplishes her goal without it depending on, or resulting in, romance. (Not that romance is wrong; it's just that most Disney films imply that every cute guy you meet will fall in love with you, and that's not true in real life!) Another interesting note on Girl Power: most films dealing with this subject take sides: Everything you need is in your own backyard (THE WIZARD OF OZ) vs. Grow up and leave your family behind (THE LITTLE MERMAID). Moana gets to have adventures AND keep her family, and the door is left open for romance in the future, so, five stars!

Moana great little story
My four year old sits and watches this video, over and over. Teaches a nice moral in the story, great for kids and adults alike.

My granddaughter has a new favorite.
We got this movie to give ourselves a break from Frozen. It worked. Now we watch Moana every day. All day. But that's okay. It's adorable, the songs are fun and engaging, the art is excellent, and the story of a strong girl who saves her people is perfect for raising a little girl in today's world. Moana is a fantastic movie for your kids, and, really, you're going to enjoy it, too.

Moana: A great Movie for the whole Family!!
My family and I, watched Moana at Easter. It was a gift for my 9 years old grand-daughter. The movie was warm, funny and full of adventures. The characters were great. We were all engaged in the movie from beginning to end. My grand-kids love it! They had already seen it at the movie theater, as well as my daughter & husband, but wanted to see it again. Definitely a movie for the whole family. Once more a Disney's Masterpiece!!

Good for everyone
This is, in my opinion, a great animated film. Of course, I have a personal love of Hawaii so that may have something to do with it. But what strikes me is the humanity of the characters, everyone has a reason for doing what they do. And, Disney found a great way to make the main character a strong young woman yet still with normal vulnerabilities, a very nice touch as well as a good message.

What a daughter to die for!
A Great Hawaii Legend. Quality production for characters, color, and sound. What a wonderful girl, Moana; sweet, confident, and sails like a flying fish. She is a savior of her people. Very enjoyable film with a meaningful interpretation that one must have a heart for compassion. NOT HEARTLESS.

Fun and Entertaining!
For me Disney and Pixar animation has been lacking something in the last five years. I don't know if they are running out of ideas or what but I was doubtful that Moana would be worth my time and attention. I was wrong! I really enjoyed this film. Moana is sweet and feisty, Maui is funny and had me laughing through most of the movie. They are great characters and the storyline is too cute. It's heart-warming with lots of fun and action. Don't miss this one, Moana is well worth it.

Great
Our family loves this movie. It has a different cover then the Moana movies in the stores, so I was worried it might be a second or scratched or something. But it's great! We've watched it a good handful of times so far and everything is perfect.
