Remoska recipes
This has a load of recipes in it, so it's worth getting (if you have just bought a Remoska) It seems to be a fast slow cooker & if it is as low on power use as they say, can see G.B. following the Czech example. New book expensive and NO INDEX
Attractive pictures. Menus look OK. NO INDEX, WHY? Bought this to accompany Remoska oven for very elderly relative who lives cooking but hS been advised not to keep her gas cooker. Not my cup of tea.
Not everyday recipes, for me anyway, was looking for good basic meals and these are not what I would usually eat. That said perhaps I should widen my horizons and explore these but again I don't have all the ingredients so that would be more expense with unknown outcome. Essential to use with the Remoska

Ideal Cooker
This Remoska Cooker is amazing. The Tria version which we bought gives you the option of three methods of cooking. It is very versatile in that you can pressure cook, use the pot in the oven, or use it with the heated lid. We used it to cook a large chicken using the heated lid, and it cooked perfectly in a fraction over an hour. We look forward to using this method of cooking at lot more in future.
