    Brought back many memories

    Had not seen this film for many years, and found it almost as captivating as when I first saw it in the 70s . Purchased to test my new Blu Ray player. Amazing visuals. They don't make em like this anymore.

    seen many times long ago

    seen many times long ago. technology depicted is accurate as would be done now. second half never made sense. and far too long stupid arty weird discontinuous graphics irrelevant section. a classic setting the trend in its time. as with all old film. definitely very slow.

    The visual effects are still way ahead of most of today`s Sci-Fi films,hard to believe it was released so long ago,the BLU-RAY is well worth getting,quality is outstanding,
