    A good book to spice up your meals The author comes through as a genuinely sweet human being. I don’t feel you need to be a master chef nor a “good” cook to follow her recipes. The book is intended to help you loose weight or eat healthier. I’ve been plant based for 28 years but still excited by this book. The sauces portion can change any meal from good to great. I hope other people can find some fun with this recipe book.
