Must own for fans
This is the original franchise that started it all. It captured the imagination of the entire nation during the early 1970s with stories of time travel, talking apes and end of mankind as the dominant race. 50 years later it still strikes a chord. There is a timeless quality to the unique story that contains relevant social issues about race and human fate. This blu ray collection is a must own for fans. Finally

Good Set of Movies
POTA has long been a favorite of mine. I have the box set on regular DVD so I thought I'd go for the blu-ray set. There are lots of extras and the intros by the Lawgiver are pretty cool. The visual quality is very good but there don't seem to be much of an upgrade over the DVD version. The sound was really the only issues I had. Great movie set.
I worked in e theater when the first 2 of the series premiered. I missed the last three due to military service. The box set brought back fond memories and allowed me to see the last three that I missed. Great set of movies highly recommended.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Apes rule on Blu Ray
I owned this collection on DVD , but it is simply amazing on Blu Ray. Although it does not contain an extra features separate DVD, it was not necessary as each Blu Ray is loaded with extra features. Great Value
Great value if you have any interest in where the planet of the apes franchise begun with the movies.
