Perfect for non computer applications.
Use two of these in home theater set up. Keeps clean power going to 8 devices in my set up none of which require battery back up. When power interrupted, it goes down gracefully instead of trying to switch over to the high distortion battery power which can damage the semiconductor electronics in todays audio equipment. When power returns it comes up gracefully without transients.
