Came very secured in a box, wrapped inside a sack. Came with a diaper, pacifier, birth certificate and the bottle is horrible cheap plastic. The doll holds nicely once I removed some of the poly-fill stuffing and added some weight to it and made it a little more floppy like a real baby would be.
