The picture of the box does not match what I got. I question if its even real or a cheap knock off. I ended up ordering a brand new one from the company's amazon store and the quality of the lock and the box was different. I asked for a refund because it was missing the hardware to install the lock and the wires are damaged, the screws they sent didn't even fit the holes.
