High quality style and feel.
Unlike the cheap, cast aluminum and thin sweep style dishers this scoop's quality presents itself with great hand feel and superb polished finish. Strong design but still has thin cutting edges to soldier through very hard ice creams and sorbets. Dishwasher safe unlike the cast aluminum junk that corrodes and darkens unless hand washed. If you like Hard Ice Cream .... mmmmmmm
