Buyer purchased the wrong item, I did not send the wrong item. They expected me to pay shipping both to them and the return shipping. I'm not incurring unnecessary costs due to buyer negligence. This is not amazon.

Excellent watch!
This watch is beautiful. I've no problems whatsoever setting it up, or with Radio Sync. This is the second Seiko Coutura Solar I own. This one was easier to set up, it pretty much does it automatically once you pick your time zone. I live in the Chicago area time zone. In order to sync to the correct time, I set the watch for NYC(New York) time. Daylight savings. In the fall, I'll set it back to CHI. Easy peasy. I set the sub dial to California time. The minutes sync up exactly with the main dial. Two hours early. I'm not sure what's so difficult with the set up of this watch for others? I also own the Seiko - SSC560, and it was far more difficult to figure it out and set it up. This watch is amazing, looks amazing. If I had any criticism, I only wish it had a few more ... This watch is very stylish and beautiful in its design. I have usually found bracelet watches to be very heavy and cumbersome but this is by far one of the most comfortable watches to wear that I own. You don't even realize your wearing it; it's that comfortable. I searched eBay for this exact model number to be sure I ordered the watch with the two-tone band. I purchased it "new with tags" at the best price I could find and have not been disappointed. If you want a stylish, comfortable watch that sets itself (what little you have to do is very easy), then this is the watch for you. It looks, feels and performs wonderfully! Fantastic Watch
This is one of the most comfortable watches I have ever worn. Perfect size, Sapphire Crystal, Radio Sync, Perpetual Calendar,24 time zones with beautiful blue with gold accents. The only minor issue is the daylight savings time is set by changing the world time to the next city. Overall a stunning watch. Seiko has a line of Sync watches with different color and feature variations. .

Million dollar looking watch
Better than the picture. Gorgeous watch with papers. Dad loves it.... and the radio controlled timing means it’s spot on with its main role of telling time. The blue stone on the bezel just finishes it off.

Beautiful watch
This Seiko Coutura not only looks amazing but keeps perfect time. Because of the radio syncing with the Atomic Clock the second hand is in perfect time with my cell phone and computer clock. I have had several comments on how pretty the blue face is as well. I took it out of the box and bam, it starting automatically adjusting to the correct time! I highly recommend this watch and do some shopping because I got it way less than retail!This Seiko Coutura not only looks amazing but keeps perfect time.
