    So I purchased an item from this seller, after a few days I contacted them about when they’d be shipping it out, and they told me that they no longer have the item in their warehouse and issued me a refund 👍 So for anyone looking at reviews, I’d recommend messaging the seller to see if the item in their listing is still available

    Not as described, definitely not new ,deceptive marketing, scratches dings & broken parts, didn't use shipping box at all just used paper and bubble wrap, absolutely careless ,all corners were smashed on the original box. 0 communication, no wonder his score is low, to bad I didn't check before I bought it. Where does he get a confidence he can get away with it I'm sure i don't know. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

    Everything perfect EXCEPT for a a constant hiss.

    The titles of this review says it all. The moment I first powered this up I could hear a steady hiss through my monitors (Yamaha HS8's). A quick google search found that this is just the way these are built and there's nothing I could do. I did try, but nope. The only solve people use is to raise the gain on their monitors and then lower the volume on the interface to change the S/N ratio -- unacceptable for me. Too bad, the only other thing on the market that has all these features is the Focusrite 18i20 and it's almost twice the price.

    EXCELLENT PRODUCT AT THE BEST PROCE!

    Product sounds very good and the built quality is excellent as well.. also the DSP allows me to not have latency and comes with Cubase 10 elements! Thank u so much! I would buy again!

    Combined with quality monitors this sounds amazing.

    Amazing fidelity and clarity. The more you research and listen to this device the more you appreciate it. I was concerned about not having midi ports but with my keyboard’s usb I had all the midi triggers that I needed.
