A lovely book to read and gives a new perspective on what we can do with our allotment produce!
A lovely book to read per se and to make recipes. Brings a whole new perspective to what we grow on the allotment and how we store it - definitely going to give the recipes a go.

Ferment crazy yet ... well read on!
This book is from the US and that is clear in the recipes etc but the range and detail is wide and very helpful, with interesting inserts. It include a section on the moulds which can spoil ferments, with photos.I haven't found as good a guide to this problem in other books and is it highly practical and helpful.

Perfect guide to fermenting
Really informative - step by step in -depth instructions, in words and pictures, in a very simple, friendly way. Everything I hoped for as a fermenting Newby.
