The fact that it was so poorly packed and I reached my hand in to get the teapot and cut. My finger is probably my own fault but again the only thing you can say that’s good about the experience if they replaced it without question the next.Teapot Porcelain Traditional White Ceramic 340ml 450ml 1000ml 1 Cup 2 Cup 4 Cup (Nr. 155853904481)
