  • Good for basic beginners but not very advanced or enlightening.

I take a lot of interest in psychology and found this read to be slightly on the beginners side. Some of the content is borderline common sense and seems almost comical that it's in the book! If your quite into psychology already I'd advise giving this a miss. The paper quality of the book is also poor.
